We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to drive the conversion of qualified prospects through product demonstrations and support throughout the trial phase. The role involves close collaboration with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.

What You’ll Do?
  • Develop a deep understanding of Intentwise solutions as well as the retail media space
  • Attend meetings with Sales team members during which you will be required to understand customer pain points, Customer requirements, and Business goals and suggest the most appropriate solution for the customer.
  • Provide technical Q&A to prospects as they progress through the trial.
  • Assist prospects with setup and configuration of free trials.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to qualified prospects to convert them into clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand new product capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and continuously help improve the efficiency of the sales funnel
  • Participate in periodic performance reviews and formulation of the go-forward strategy.

What We’re Looking For?
  • 2 - 8 years of B2B technical selling experience in fast-paced SaaStechnology or services companies. Experience selling data/analytics products or solutions is a huge plus.
  • A demonstrated interest in all things data/analytics, retail media
  • A basic foundational understanding of retail media, reporting and analytics
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is a must.
