We seek a Customer Success Manager with experience in Amazon or Walmart to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, your primary role will involve nurturing existing customer relationships, ensuring they get the most value from Intentwise Ad Optimizer, Intentwise Analytics Cloud, and Intentwise Explore. This is a full-time remote role and we prefer someone based in the US.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Provide Tier 1 support to address client queries and concerns.
2. Strengthening Client Relationships:
- Facilitate onboarding and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
- Help clients unlock the full potential of Intentwise tools to achieve their business goals.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations.
4. Product Updates and Communication:
- Educate clients about our product roadmap and upcoming features that can enhance their strategies.
5. Onboarding and Training:
- Lead onboarding sessions for new and existing clients, ensuring they can effectively leverage the full suite of Intentwise tools.
6. Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on advancements in the Amazon and marketplace domains, including new APIs, ad updates, and other relevant trends.
Required Skills and Expertise :
- 3+ years of Amazon or Walmart Advertising Experience
- 3+ years of Client Relationship Management
- 3+ years of Intentwise or other similar advertising software experience
- Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a background in Amazon and e-commerce
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
